Terms & cancellation policyTransportation
Your distance at the rate for the class you choose, or that class's minimum fare if the distance comes to less. Each vehicle class has its own minimum, shown in the table above; it applies to each point-to-point trip and not to hourly charters. It does not change with the number of passengers.
Chauffeur gratuity
A mandatory chauffeur gratuity of 20% of the base fare after any discount is included in your quoted price. It is never charged on a rush-hour surcharge, and you can add an optional extra tip at checkout. One hundred percent of it is paid to your chauffeur. It is not calculated on tolls, taxes, booster seats, waiting time, stops or additional service time.
Tolls
Tolls incurred on your route are shown separately and added to the fare. Only tolls actually incurred are charged.
These are not yet configured and are not included in the totals you see. Nothing is charged that is not itemized on your quote.
Booking a price
- A quote is held for 30 minutes. After that the trip is priced again rather than honoring a stale figure.
- Online booking needs at least 2 hours' notice. Sooner than that, call or text us and we will still take care of you.
- Online pricing covers CT, NY, NJ, MA, RI. Anywhere else, ask and we will quote it personally.
- Prices shown before route verification are estimates. The exact route and final fare are verified before a ride is booked.
